What if I don’t know anything about circus?

That’s okay! Cirq-U is where you come to learn, which means that no experience is required. Each class is tailored to each student’s skill and fitness level so there is no need to worry about your ability.

 

What should I bring?

A water bottle & a good attitude!

 

What do I wear?!

It is highly recommended that you wear fitted athletic clothing, preferably ones that will cover the back of your knees such as leggings or joggers. Please try to avoid wearing anything that could grab or snag onto the equipment. A few examples of what would entail are the following: Very loose fitted clothing, zippers, dangling jewelry, or watches; and especially not jeans!

 

What exactly should I expect?

Each 101 class will cycle between different apparati so you’ll get to try out various circus skills to find what you like best.
